"I'm a fan because this place is really convenient. They offer same-day service, have a drive-through and have good hours (early and late)."

"As I have barely had time to dress myself this fall and often come home later than it's closing time, I do appreciate them being open in the morning so I can hop on over here and change really quick before work.
You know what, it's entirely possible that they press my clothing. But it smells fine, looks good, and doesn't have egregious stains. They also hang it up in my car for me.
Every dry cleaning business is pretty much a bunch of charlatans and frauds. Unlike most places in this area, I appreciate this place for not destroying or losing my stuff. "

"I always go here, everything is always on time, friendly service, good prices. Horrible parking lot though... I have not tried their altering service or anything like that but regular shirt/pants washing/cleaning is great!"

"I've been going to West Gray Cleaners since I moved to Houston. The service is great and the prices are reasonable . I have never had a problem with clothes not being ready on time. They also managed to get a bad stain out of a shirt. Overall, they provide an excellent value. Highly recommended."

"I've been going here ever since they opened and have no problems thus far. The service is fast and speedy. The employees there are very nice as well. The drive thru is a great convenience since I don't have to get out of my car. And you can't beat the price."

"Don't let the name fool you, this location is in the Museum District area, right on San Jacinto. I'm assuming it is a 2nd location for the original on West Gray, but I've never asked or looked into it.
Although I've lived in the area for nearly 5 years, I've only been using this place for the past year. I was having problems with my previous dry cleaner, so I started looking around and found this place to be conveniently on my route to work downtown. As a bonus, they are more affordable than other locations in the area and have friendly drive-thru service so I never even have to get out of my car for drop-offs and pick-ups. They do their dry-cleaning onsite instead of sending it somewhere else. This equates to always getting my clothes back when promised.
They are so friendly that they already know my name and bring out my clothes without me showing them my claim ticket. They even remember which items I like to have light starch, no starch, creases, no creases, etc. I even got a special laundry bag from them for my clothes. Pretty winsome!"

"Has to be the best option for dry cleaning in the Museum District. I think it can boast the most convenient parking lot, because oh my gosh it's normal. No need to park on the street or brave an entrance that will bottom out your car. The drive-thru is the only thing that makes it a little wonky, if there is a customer leaving the drive-thru as you are entering the parking lot a game of chicken might ensue.
The interior is fresh and clean, I'm sure primarily because it is new. I am a sucker for physical beauty when it comes to a dry cleaner. I feel like it's impossible to get something clean in a dirty environment.
The customer service is great. The people actually look me in the eyes when they talk to me. Which may be a weird thing to focus on, but at all the other cleaners I've tried no one has ever looked up from the counter. I took two shirts in there on my first try, only $2.30, and you pay when you pick up.
They also can do alterations and repairs on site and their facilities for this are out in the open, not in the back. So you can actually be measured not let the person guess as to what you actually need.
I'm sure the previous review will get filtered at some point. This is a great and largely undiscovered option in my 'hood, maybe perhaps because it's on a one-way street."
